Trendbet licence and operator: who stands behind the site 📞
Trendbet is run by DLD GLOBAL N.V. and holds a Curaçao licence. It holds no licence valid for the United Kingdom, so UK consumer protections tied to a UKGC licence do not apply to your account. The brand's founding year is 2015, and the minimum gambling age is 18+.
The licence number is not published in the details we hold, so we cannot point you to a register entry for it. Ask live chat for the number before you deposit.
Contact methods: live chat is the verified channel
Live chat is the only support channel Trendbet publishes, and it works in English. You open it from the site while logged in or browsing, type your question and wait for an agent to join.
- Live chat: available in English.
- Email: no address is published, so do not trust addresses quoted on third-party pages.
- Phone: no number is published.
Mobile players use the same chat through the mobile-optimised site, because Trendbet has no native app. Anyone offering a Trendbet app download by message or link is not offering an official product.
Response times and what to prepare
Trendbet does not publish a guaranteed response time for live chat, so treat any quoted figure from other sites as unverified.
Have your account username, the date of the transaction and the payment route ready. The accepted methods are Bank Wire Transfer and Jeton Wallet, so payment queries should name which of the two you used. Keep screenshots of any bonus screen, since the welcome bonus carries 55x wagering and disputes usually turn on exact terms.
Complaints and escalation
Because the licence is Curaçao and there is no UK licence, UK bodies such as the UKGC or IBAS are not a route for disputes with this operator. Your realistic options are live chat first, then written records of the exchange. Weigh that limit before depositing; a UK-licensed site gives you far more recourse.
Security and safer gambling
The site uses SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption for data in transit. Set deposit limits before you play and stop if gambling stops being fun. If gambling is causing you harm, the GamCare National Gambling Helpline offers free, confidential support.
